What we collect (website)

On this site we collect only your email if you decide to join the waitlist. Together with the email we store: date and time of sign-up, IP address and browser user-agent, for security and anti-spam purposes. Nothing else.

We don’t use third-party analytics: no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no tracking cookies.

What we collect (Stilus app)

Nothing. The app is on-device. Your voice recordings, transcriptions, photos and tags stay on your iPhone. There is no account, no server, no telemetry.

Who we share data with

No one. Ever. The email you give us is used solely to notify you of the launch. Once notified, you can unsubscribe by replying “stop” and the deletion takes effect within 7 days.

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification and erasure (Art. 15-17 GDPR). Write to stilus@espertiweb.com.
